Present Entertainment is run by Paul Batchelor, a sole trader based in Worthing, West Sussex. We are the data controller for your information and we follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your details are stored securely and only seen by the people who need them to deal with your enquiry or booking. Our website uses trusted service providers to send form enquiries to us by email and to host the site. They handle your data only on our behalf.

If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, we delete your details within a reasonable period. If you book with us, we keep the records we need for accounting and legal reasons, then delete them securely.

4. Website analytics

We use Umami to count visits and see which pages are viewed. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal information and does not track you across other websites. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
